Fix Transfers

Plz fix the not able to save bug. What i did to get rid of it was i used my account on a computer then logged back in on here after 5 days in the game. Developers PLZ fix the transfer list because the team of the players that are transfer listed wont accept ur offer unless its 50% more than ur value. Also players that arent transfer listed wont be accepted unless u give about2x their value. Lastly other teams wont accept your players unless u offer about 4/5 or lower of their value. PLZ FIX THIS AND TELL ME IF ANYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM
